It's back. America's Next Top Model, always abbreviated by ANTM and it's now ANTM All Stars.
Sebelum ini, kita pernah dihidangkan dengan The Amazing Race All Stars, Survivor All Stars. All Stars bermaksud peserta-peserta pada musim lelepas dipanggil semula instead of new audition dan walah..jadilah new season dan dalam aspek ini, ANTM All Stars, cycle 17.

Sesungguhnya aku adalah peminat dan pengikut tegar siri ANTM sedari musim kedua lagi. The concept is as obvious as the title which is the search of Model. Speaking of MODEL, it includes the photoshoot, attitude and presence (impact).
Secara fakta, u can find lotsa more about ANTM here.. Of course in wikipedia kan.
Historically, I watched ANTM on 8tv since season 2, but vaguely. During my form 2 if not mistaken la. Then, proceeding until the cycle 8 when I subscribed to the Astro V channel (once upon a time) until I unsubscribed it which made cycle 11 as my last cycle to watch on tv. I did watch the cycle 12-current cycle (17) on youtube. Not so bad.
You can always conclude that I grew up with ANTM. I have watched many scenes. All the nerve-adrenaline-running are in mine. I watched how Tyra changed from the most supportive 'model tutor' towards the contestants in the very beginning of the cycle and starting cycle 10, I sensed that Tyra was more to commercial value side. The judges also.
And those were not my intended writing.
All I just want to say, as much as I am the follower of the series, I'd really hoped for the best contestant coming from each cycle to compete in this All Star series. True indeed there are some who are my favs but yeah, the power is so not on me to choose. *Fans' pick konon, Tyra!*
Ok lah, aku kononnya menulis dalam bahasa Inggeris untuk melampiaskan ketidakpuashatian. Sebenarnya aku baru jek habis tengok episod pertama ANTM All Star nih...Banyaks benda yang takpus hati!
- Drama (soon to be-dalam promo ada) yang cuba direka, can smell lah...
- Bosan...No magic so far...
- Ada penyingkiran. Haha tapi kena la ada kalah untuk ada pemenang kan. Tapi alangkah syioknya takde penyingkiran sebab kita dah develop minat pada peserta tu, watching how she had built all the way then got early elimination....But again, there must be elimination.....kan...But 1st episod dah ada penyingkiran. At least bagila 2, 3 episod baru penyingkiran kan...But yeah, costly..
- Photoshoot theme yang tak berapa nak best..Theme : personality. Then the final pic was being photoshopped! Crappy one. Urgh

- Live judging...I was like...It was so public humiliation; to them and to us who watch. Haru-biru, kecoh, bising, takde feel ANTM langsung, dah macam konsert plak...Boleh jek kot nak buat judging macam biasa, macam kat format ANTM kan. Nasib baik elimination ada buat kat private room as usual.
- Called-out yang tah pape. Agaknya Tyra lupa kot yang call out yang memula adalah dari yang terbaik then decreasing, in quality....Ni caca marba...
- Hate on Nigel. Sejak cycle 14 kot dia mula banyak cekadak banyak bunyik on something that is so not necessary, and now, his head that was nearly bald for every single cycle since cycle2-16 wihout fail, and now he is like, growing hair....Lagi menyakitkan hati...
Ok. Semoga episod dua lebih baik
